Why am I doing this?

In the past, I’ve encouraged people to take on challenges with a strong emphasis on weight loss.

However, I’ve often seen participants aim for intense, short-term goals and, while they might achieve some success, they tend to slip back into old habits.

That’s why I’ve created a journey centred on building sustainable habits rather than chasing lofty goals. It’s about making lasting changes that truly stick.

I’m keeping things simple on this journey, just small, steady steps toward a healthier, more balanced life. I believe it’s the little things we do consistently that make the biggest difference over time.

So, with patience and persistence, those small steps will grow into habits that bring lasting, meaningful change.
