In 2026, we celebrate 19 years of supporting our community in living strong, healthy, and connected lives and we’re grateful to have you with us on this journey.
We’re striving to making it our best year yet, so here’s a glimpse of what’s ahead throughout 2026:
🎉 We’ll be kicking off 2026 with a New Year Celebration Party — location and date to be announced early in the year.
💪 Group Fitness, 6 Days a Week! We’re keeping your energy high and your body moving with three group fitness sessions daily, Monday to Friday, plus a Saturday morning class at 6:30am to kickstart your weekend. From strength training to heart-pumping cardio, our classes are designed to target every muscle group and keep your workouts fresh, balanced, and effective. Whether you’re building power, boosting endurance, or chasing that full-body burn, we’ve got you covered.

🏃♂️ Mid‑year, we are going to the Gold Coast Running Festival which offers a flat and speedy course with options for 5km, 10km, Half, and Full Marathon—something for everyone!
👕A brand‑new Apparel Collection is coming, designed with a special focus on celebrating where we live.
🎯 We’ll beat the Winter chill with a Walking or Running Charity Challenge, supporting a local charity and staying fit as a community.
🥦 Later in the year, we’ll launch a Nutrition Program with a special focus on fibre, exploring how it supports digestion, boosts energy, and promotes long‑term health.
